Being overweight for a majority of my life, I forgot to that at one point I had worked out. Now that I'm seeing progress, I feel it's getting easier mentally. In my mind, it's no longer trying to lose weight. It's me in my cutting phase. My body has always been there, it's just been waiting for me.
